1. About FlightsRefunds

FlightsRefunds ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://flightsrefunds.com from Derby, UK. We provide flight compensation claim management services, acting as an intermediary between air passengers and airlines to recover compensation for flight disruptions under applicable regulations including EU Regulation 261/2004, UK Regulation 261 (UK261), US DOT rules, and Canadian Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).

FlightsRefunds is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where legal proceedings are necessary, we work with qualified legal partners.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a claim through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FlightsRefunds.

3. Our Services

We provide the following services:

  • Assessment of your flight disruption claim eligibility
  • Preparation and submission of compensation claims to airlines on your behalf
  • Management of all correspondence with the airline
  • Escalation to regulatory bodies or alternative dispute resolution where necessary
  • Coordination of legal proceedings through our legal partners if required
  • Collection and transfer of compensation payments to you

4. No Win, No Fee

Our services operate on a "no win, no fee" basis. This means:

  • There are no upfront fees or charges to submit a claim
  • If your claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing
  • Our service fee is only deducted from successfully recovered compensation
  • You will never be asked to pay out of pocket

5. Service Fees

Our fees are deducted from the compensation amount recovered on your behalf:

  • Standard Payout: 25% service fee (you receive 75% of the total compensation). Payment is made after the airline pays the compensation, typically within 2-3 months.
  • Express Payout: 30% service fee (you receive 70% of the total compensation). Payment is made within 3 business days of claim approval, regardless of when the airline pays.

All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The fee is calculated on the gross compensation amount awarded by the airline.

  • If we have incurred legal costs on your behalf, you may be liable for those costs
  • Cancellation must be confirmed in writing (email is acceptable)
