What Each Status Means
New
Your claim has been received and is waiting to be assigned to one of our claims specialists. This usually happens within 24 hours of submission.
Reviewing
Our team is actively reviewing your claim, checking flight records, weather data, and regulations to confirm your eligibility for compensation.
Contacted
We've formally submitted your compensation claim to the airline. We're managing all communications and negotiations on your behalf.
Approved
Great news! The airline has accepted your claim. Your compensation payment is being processed and will be sent to you shortly.
Paid
Your compensation has been transferred to your account. Please allow 2-5 business days for the payment to appear in your bank.
Rejected
Unfortunately, your claim was not eligible for compensation. This may be due to extraordinary circumstances or other exemptions. We'll explain the reason.
